Set phasers to stun.

POPULAR SCIENCE — a fresh-faced fashion brand coming out of Korea — has dropped off a quirky and compelling set of visuals for its 2016 pre-fall collection, titled “Warp to the Future Past.” The capsule wears its retrofuturist aesthetic on its sleeve from the very get-go by reinterpreting palettes popular during the ’60s and ’70s for forward-thinking streetwear pieces like MA-1-inspired pullovers, color-blocked sweaters, and bombers with contrasting sleeves. Accessories include avant-garde ski goggles and mirrored visors. The pieces, like the visuals themselves, draw much of their inspiration from sci-fi’s visions of the future, namely that of Star Trek.

For further proof of the seminal series’ influence on the Korean fashion brand, look no further than the stylized video lookbook below and keep an eye out for the brand’s web store, reopening in June.
