Vogue has tapped into this for its June cover story video which parodies Christian Bale’s portrayal of Patrick Bateman, the murderous protagonist of Bret Easton Ellis’s American Psycho. Re-titled Australian Psycho, the video shows the starlet’s dedication to a rigorous and ridiculous daily beauty routine that includes chilled spoons, yoga, pearl masks and placental cream — all of which contribute to the idea of a Margot Robbie.
