adidas Is Refreshing the Samoa With a Luxurious Makeover
Recalling the streetwear of the early 2000s.
More than a decade ago, it wasn’t uncommon at all to find someone rocking the Samoa as an alternative to the other more ubiquitous streetwear staples out there. Now adidas is trying to recapture a bit of that early 2000s Samoan magic with a reintroduction of the retro silhouette. But these aren’t just any Samoas. Crafted alongside Woodie White of Oyster Holdings, the trio comes in “Vapor Pink,” “Vapor Grey” and “Pale Nude” colorways — all three of which are completely wrapped in premium pigskin.
Expect the luxe trio to hit adidas Originals stockists and the adidas web store May 21 for $120 USD per pair.
