Levi's Airstream at Neon Carnival Recap
Impressions from the notorious Coachella after-party.

It is a poorly kept secret that Coachella also serves as the setting for popular events and parties that offer a break from the music festival itself. Last weekend, the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival returned to Indio, CA for its first weekend, and one of the most notorious after-parties held during last weekend was the seventh-annual Neon Carnival. Held at Landmark Aviation at Desert Resorts Airport in Thermal, CA and not officially affiliated with the two-weekend fest, this year’s edition was presented by Levi’s Brand and Re/Done Levi’s. The private airport hanger was transformed into a mini carnival, complete with a ferris wheel, a Tinder-themed “Matchmaker” ride, giant water slide, which was created by nightlife entrepreneur Brent Bolthouse, and an interactive photo booth. The iconic denim brand also brought its Tailer Shop along with its Airstream trailer, which also functioned as a mobile speakeasy.
