'Last Days in the Desert' Trailer Starring Ewan McGregor
Reaching the dark depths of Jesus’ 40 days of fasting in the desert.
Scottish superstar actor Ewan McGregor plays Jesus Christ in the upcoming film Last Days in the Desert. The movie recounts the Temptation of Christ as it follows Jesus through the Judaean Desert during his 40 days of fasting. Along the way he is tempted by the Devil (also played by Ewan McGregor), haunted by dreams and challenged physically throughout his spiritual test. Originally premiered at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival, Last Days in the Desert will release in theaters on May 13.
