The “Eng£ish Tender Pack” is inspired by UK cash.
New Balance’s “English Tender Pack” toys with the colors found on British banknotes; this English-made colorway in particular takes cues from the £5 GBP note’s cyan and beige on a suede and leather upper, with contrasting notes of gray and an embroidered tongue-patch that features pound signs, imitating the watermarks found on legal tender. The shoes also feature Abzorb technology and a textile insole for maximum wearability. They are available now on Caliroots for $190 USD.
