Feature x ASICS GEL-Lyte V "Prickly Pear"

Las Vegas stalwart Feature has teamed up with ASICS for the very first time, joining the brand for a special take on the GEL-Lyte V. Dubbed the “Prickly Pear,” the design looks to Sin City’s surrounding desert for a little inspiration, specifically calling upon the prickly pear cactus. The resulting design incorporates tan leather, suede and nubuck alike while prickly cactus-esque embossed leather covers the forefoot. Additional details include a tan-to-green gradient along the formstripes, green speckling, and a gum rubber outsole — the latter of which is a nod to the desert sand.

Capped off with custom cactus graphic-covered insoles and Feature’s signature logo, the “Prickly Pear” GEL-Lyte V is due out this Sunday, February 14 with an in-store drop at 6 p.m. PT. Following the in-store release, the kicks will drop online at 9 p.m. PT/12 a.m. ET.
