SOME/THINGS and Hasselblad Come Together for the Exclusive X1D "4116" Edition
All-black body alongside a sleek 45mm lens.
Parisian creative house SOME/THINGS has joined forces with Hasselblad for an exclusive X1D iteration wrapped in all-black. The “4116” edition which was officially revealed this past September is now equipped with a XCD 45mm lens for the collaborative offering that pays homage to the 75th anniversary of the renowned Swedish manufacturer. The body itself stunned fans this past June since it was touted as the world’s first mirrorless camera fitted with a 50MP medium format CMOS sensor — an overwhelming amount of resolution purveyed in such a compact shooting device.
The X1D “4116” edition is now available for pre-order at SOME/THINGS’ official website starting at approximately $9914 USD and will come inside a unique box. First deliveries are slated for May 2017.
