The Black Mamba's Nike Kobe A.D. Gets a Clean White Colorway
The best A.D. yet?

The Black Mamba’s playing days may be over, but that isn’t stopping Nike from churning out the Kobes. Back in November, the Swoosh unveiled Bryant’s first post-retirement silhouette and hasn’t even let up on the old Kobe 11: just this past weekend, the Elite version of the kicks dropped in a special “Ghost of Christmas” make-up and a high-top “ALT” take on the shoe is on the way, too.
Next month, however, Nike is revisiting the aforementioned A.D. and dropping a slick white version of the kicks. Echoing the construction of its OG and customizable NIKEiD releases, the design offers up a nearly all-white look while employing the likes of platinum-colored accents and an always on-point icy rubber outsole.
Expect these to land at Nike Basketball spots in January of 2017 for $160 USD.
