Jenkem Drops "Regulate 003" in Conjunction With Slam City Skates
Spotlighting emerging skaters in London.
Earlier this year, Jenkem Magazine was approached my 18-year-old Londoner Austin Bristow to do a brand new video series showcasing the young skateboarding talent of his home city. In Regulate, Bristow wants to point the spotlight on skaters that aren’t typically getting the coverage they deserved, at least in his eyes. Jenkem states:
Sure, you might be thinking London is just another one of those major metropolitan areas that’s getting a lot of coverage these days, so what’s the point? There’s definitely a vivid scene there already, centered around staples like Southbank, and crews like the Palace guys, but I don’t think skateboard media as a whole has given them as much shine as they should be getting, at least not here in America.
