Twitter Users Can Now Tweet Emojis to Google for Nearby Suggestions

Faster restaurant suggestions for those last-minute grub hunts.

Google recently announced a new feature for Twitter that allows users to tweet emojis for local suggestions. The online search giant wants to make exploring desired places much more easier with this latest attribution. Folks will presumably have an arsenal of over 200 pictograms to utilize in their searches—spanning food, activities and other nearby locations. Instead of going to the company’s homepage and searching for “burger joints near me,” you can simply tweet the burger emoji to Google’s official Twitter account and it will render eateries in close proximity.
