So far, the high fashion world’s campaigns have been all about location. For Givenchy’s Spring/Summer 2017 collection, Riccardo Tisci takes the Givenchy kids on a trip to Mars. Shot by photography duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, the film illustrates the story of “a young Parisian girl [coming] out of a club after a rave party and [getting] lost on a trip on Mars.” The video features shots of well-groomed youths wandering across vast desert-scapes of Mars as black and white vignettes of Irina Shayk, Mariacarla Boscono and Lea T posing in a studio sporadically flash.
