It’s been a big 40th anniversary for BEAMS. The retailer has teamed up with all sorts of brands and franchises for commemorative releases throughout the year, reaffirming itself as one of the most influential fashion purveyors in Japan. Its latest, perhaps last anniversary release of 2016, is an exclusive offering of bags courtesy of GREGORY who has brought back three classic silhouettes from the ’80s for this special occasion. Rendered in hues of black and dark purple are the label’s Daypack, Mission Pack and Tail Mate, which feature the outdoor brand’s retro logo from three decades ago. All the items can be purchased from select BEAMS location and online now.
