hobo's 2017 Spring/Summer Footwear Lineup Channels Outdoor & Classic Sportswear Influences
The label tries its hand at something new.
Fall/Winter 2016 saw hobo introduce a little more flair into its footwear lineup by collaborating with Italy-based Diemme for some casual low top sneakers. This step marked an experimental shift for the Japanese label who is best known for its rugged outdoor and military-inspired footwear, accessory and lifestyle offerings. For the forthcoming Spring/Summer 2017 season the brand has continued this exploratory momentum by trying its hand on a sportswear-inspired silhouette produced in conjunction with REPRODUCTION OF FOUND. The Suede Leather Military Trainer boasts the essential elements of what a running sneaker should offer but with luxurious material applications of cow leather, pig leather and more breathable nylon elements. The other two silhouettes, the Cow Suede Leather Slip-on and Strap Sandal, offer a more outdoor-influenced design that the brand is synonymous with.
