The Full 'T2: Trainspotting' Trailer Arrives
The original squad is back after 20 years.
After being teased back in July, the full trailer for Danny Boyle’s T2: Trainspotting has arrived. Loosely based off of Irvine Welsh’s novel Porno, the sequel will see the original cast of Renton (Ewan McGregor), Spud (Ewen Bremner), Sick Boy (Jonny Lee Miller) and Begbie (Robert Carlyle) back together again after 20 years. The new film even features an updated voice over saying: “Choose life, choose Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and hope that someone, somewhere cares.” T2: Trainspotting is set to release on January 27, 2017 in the UK and February 3 stateside.
