Monocle has released a visual teaser for their recently released city guides, this time focusing on Los Angeles. The magazine continues its march to multimedia presence, with a shop, radio station, seasonal newspapers, as well as the aforementioned video and written travel guides under its belt. As you’d expect from the Tyler Brûlé-helmed title, the guide focuses on the independent spirit of the City of Angels, going “beyond the Hollywood bubble and uncover the diverse and exciting culture scene.” Created in collaboration with publisher Gestalten, the video is a short look at what will be mentioned at length in the book, available via the publisher’s online store in exchange of €15 EUR ($16 USD).
