Macklemore‘s newly released track “Wednesday Morning” searches for a message of hope on the day after the surprise election of Donald Trump over Hillary Clinton. After the election, Macklemore outlined all his thoughts in a lengthy Instagram post, expressing his fear for his 1-year-old daughter and committing to teach her the values of love and acceptance. Take a listen the the latest single above which ends with Macklemore signing, “I hope, I hope that it’s gon’ be alright, but…what a hell of a night.” That we can all agree on.
