Established in 1962 by Glen Bell, Taco Bell has been serving up Tex-Mex favorites to hungry patrons all over the world with locations from Iceland to Japan and Saudi Arabia. To coincide with its recent opening of a flagship Cantina location on the Las Vegas Strip, Taco Bell introduced its new logo designed by its internal design group Lippincott. But, the new logo has been met with hate from fans, as many are questioning the place of design minimalism in fast food. The new logo strips down the previous logo down to the bare essentials, removing the bold and vibrant blue, magenta, and yellow colors and replacing the stylized font opting for a more defaulted look. Compare Taco Bell’s new and old logos above and let us know what you think.
