With 3D printing gaining momentum in high fashion this year, Alexander McQueen is the first major luxury fashion label to launch a 3D-printed accessory. The label partnered with leading 3D printing company VOJD Studios to develop a limited-edition umbrella with an ergonomic handle for the Fall/Winter 2016 season. Additionally, the umbrella is collapsible and features the signature McQueen skull pattern in black. Retailing at $540 USD, Alexander McQueen’s 3D-printed Skull Umbrella is available now at retailers like SSENSE.
