Nike Unveils Foamposites Fit for a Tar Heel
A “University Blue” Foamposite One is on the way.
The hype surrounding the Air Foamposite One has undoubtedly dropped off following 2012’s “Galaxy” release, but the silhouette has seen some solid releases as of late — including last year’s holographic Black Friday release and the more recent “Blue Mirror” drop. Even better than both of those? The upcoming “University Blue” colorway. Due out just in time for the 2016 installment of the storied North Carolina vs. Duke rivalry, the design is perfect for the Tar Heels thanks to its blue shell and matching pull tabs.
Finished with the usual black accents and icy rubber outsole, the “University Blue” Foams are set to hit select Nike Sportswear retailers February 5 for $230 USD.
