Centred around the theme “protection,” the British award-winning designer took the runway by storm at the recent London Collections Men as he engaged attendees with an intricate showing. The rising designer toyed with traditional fabrics — think pebbled wool and soft leather — by interlacing buttonholes to join panels together, binding separate fabrics to create statement pieces. Elsewhere, chiseled models are found clad in pinstripe suits with hoods to protect their face, while the use of subdued hues of green, orange and gray are other ways in which Craig Green challenges traditional styles with elegance.
