Carhartt WIP unveils two capsule collections for the cooler season.
For the 2015 fall/winter season, Carhartt WIP presents two capsule collections, simply dubbed the “Military Series” and “College Capsule.” The former pays tribute to the workwear brand’s presence during the first and second World Wars, when returning soldiers demanded Carhartt’s durable apparel for use in their civilian lives. A key piece to this selection includes the new CRHT Military Jacket with a shearling collar — a contemporary, refitted coat inspired by the U.S. Navy N1 Jacket first produced during WWII. The second of the two capsules, the College Collection, features a range of comfortable university staples including 100% cotton sweatshirts and sweatpants as well as color-blocked backpacks.
