Weed Is Now Allowed on All Flights Within Oregon
Presenting a new method to join the “Mile High Club.”

According to new laws in effect from July 1, passengers are now allowed to bring recreational marijuana onto a flight, with exceptions of course. The new regulation is confined within the boundaries of Oregon only; the flight departure and arrival must remain in the state. Once the traveler is found with the drug, TSA will notify the local police and check that the weight is up to or under an ounce, the carrier is over the legal age of 21 to possess, and that the boarding pass proves in-state travel – interstate flights remain a federal crime for now, even to neighboring Washington where recreational weed has been legalized.
