A week ago, acclaimed San Diego rockers Wavves announced their fifth studio album, VThe album announcement was coupled with our first taste of what’s to come on V, a new track dubbed “Way Too Much.” Although Wavves frontman wasn’t exactly thrilled about the initial rollout, the show must go on, and the group haven’t missed a step in following up the initial announcement and lead single with the release of another new song. Today, the California band have liberated another number off V, a straight-to-the-point cut entitled “Flamezesz.” Like past efforts, “Flamezesz” is all energy and about as direct as guitar-centered music gets. You can give Wavves’ latest a spin above. V will see release on October 2 via Ghost Ramp/Warner Bros. Records.
