PUMA 2015 Summer Blaze of Glory "NYY NYK" Pack

For the summer, PUMA celebrates two of the most iconic teams in sports with new iterations of the Blaze of Glory silhouette. Both the New York Yankees and the New York Knicks, despite their individual legacies, are immortal in their representation of their specific fanbase; they are the definitive New York teams – glorious in success and incomprehensible in loss. Perhaps then, there’s some profundity to choosing the particular Blaze of Glory silhouette to fly the flagship colors of each team. The Yankees are given a nod through classic white and grey at the upper, which is detailed with blue trim at the collar and midsole. Elsewhere, the Knicks’ colors are represented with Empire State blue at the silhouette’s paneled upper, which is touched subtly with orange at the midsole and heel pull tab. Both colorways will drop at select stockists such as The Chimp Store on July 10.
