Ford Releases Its Most Expensive Luxury Pickup Truck Yet
When luxury and labor meet.
Apparently the market segment of wealthy Americans who like to haul their stuff around is not only large but highly profitable. A case in point is Ford‘s latest release, a luxury edition of its perennially best-selling F-150 pickup truck. Called the F-150 Limited, Ford calls it “the most advanced, luxurious F-150 ever” and has pulled out all the stops in outfitting the truck. Features include Mojave leather upholstery, climate-controlled massage front seats and fiddleback eucalyptus wood accents. In terms of technology, the Limited boasts a 360-degree driver assistance camera system, adaptive cruise control, active park assist, remote tailgate release, and the SYNC3 infotainment system. To top it off, the word “Limited” has been emblazoned all over to indicate the truck’s exclusivity, which will be very much the case given that the vehicle’s expected price will exceed $60,000 USD.
