Seemingly taking inspiration from the a supervillain’s swanky hideout, Baraban Design Studio has completed a design for an apartment in Kiev, Ukraine. Featuring an expansive living space with panoramic views of the city, the centerpiece is undeniably the imposing black central column which doubles as a fireplace, enticing the inhabitants to gravitate towards the lounge-like area. Utilizing ample lighting and use of masculine wood elements throughout, the interior design flaunts its character in pieces such as the glass firework chandeliers, acrylic yellow bar, and a white-clad bathroom with a playful grassland theme.
