Florence-based artist Michele Durrazi has revealed a series of surrealist cityscapes that are said to have been conceived as “storytelling through architectural detail” and a “‘trip within surreal minimalism.” The digital works depict a world in which nature and buildings interact differently from our own, Durazzi’s minimalist style depicting somewhere that exists at the junction of fiction and fantasy. On the verge of futuristic and with definite sci-fi elements, the architectural imagery is available to view in the gallery above. Go to d-arkroom.com to see more of Michele Durazzi’s work.
