The Manchester-based contemporary brand is bringing back a tennis classic.
British contemporary brand Oi Polloi has teamed up with Reebok to bring back another iconic tennis sneaker silhouette — the NPC UK II. Originally debuted in 1985, tennis was in its heyday with Reebok ruling the courts, the NPC UK II was a highlight silhouette at the time with everyone coveting a pair. Its “abrasion resistant outsole” made the shoe a staple for players, while its premium leather upper translated the style to the streets. Fast forward 30 years, Oi Polloi looked back at the ‘85 original to reissue the style with updated detailing.
Back in a very limited run of 300, pick up a pair on July 7 in Oi Polloi stores and its website for £75 GBP (approximately $120 USD).
