The short video documents the morning routine of a well dressed gentleman as he prepares to leave the house after getting dressed, reading the newspaper and last but not least putting on his Larose Panama hat – implying that despite it being the last item you pick up, it is still the most important as it takes pride of place at the front door. Yet after everything seems so perfect, Larose throws in a satirical twist with a hint toward its own humility with the words “PRESQUE PARFAIT” showing up when this man’s almost perfect morning is foiled by a car that won’t start.
