Kim Kardashian is pregnant once again. The reality television star revealed through a preview for Keeping Up with the Kardashians that she is expecting a second child with husband Kanye West, saying “I just got the blood test back and I am pregnant!” Kardashian had teased fans with the news through her Twitter, and has explicitly disclosed her and her husband’s desire to conceive a sibling for her daughter North. Kim’s close confidant Jonathan Cheban, and her mother Kris Jenner, both posted a congratulatory messages to the couple.
