While hosting their Wild Life Festival in Brighton, England, Disclosure has announced a followup to their highly-successful debut in 2013, titled Settle. The sophomore release will be titled Caracal, and will feature contributions from Nao, Lin Babe and Kwabs. It is slated for release September 25 via PMR/Island, with the already-released “Holding On” featuring Gregory Porter as the lead single. Along with the new album, Disclosure has also announced two live performances, one at Los Angeles’ Memorial Sports Arena on September 29 and the other at New York City’s Madison Square Garden on October 24. Check out the album’s cover art and teaser below. Also, Disclosure’s Howard Lawrence, who tried his hand as a lead vocalist on “Jaded,” explained the album in a statement:
A caracal is an incredible wild cat that I became fascinated with while on tour last year; I just love the way they look, their physical capabilities and their anonymity. It felt like a perfect fit for our Wild Life brand too, so the caracal made perfect sense as the lead visual for the new album and over the course of recording, it also felt like a natural title for the new record too.
