A Closer Look at the Nike Air Presto "Lightning"

The Air Presto “Lightning” signified a thunderous return of the beloved silhouette to the market. Here we take a closer examination of the landmark lightweight runner in the nature-inspired colorway, which also nicely iterates the early 2000’s context in which it thrived. The details of the Air Presto come to life thanks to the the slightly-refined sculpting of the mesh booty upper and recessed plastic heel cage. These features rest atop a wave-like midsole and sturdy black heel unit. Light blue around the ridged rubber outsole provides a subtle contrast to the bold blue lightning bolt-adorned upper.
