2 Chainz has checked out some ridiculous things for GQ, having peeped everything from $2 million USD diamond-covered shoes and a $10,000 bong, to $100k bottled water and more. For the latest entry in their collaborative Most Expensivest Shit series, the Georgia-born rapper and menswear publication linked up with Diplo and enlisted the help of 9Five to check out some of the most expensive sunglasses around. After checking out a number of pairs that were pretty nice in their own right, 9Five’s Mike Metcalf opened a carbon fiber-laden briefcase to show the duo the best pair yet: a set of $48k frames hand-set with 16 carats-worth of white VVS diamonds.
