This will surely bring some disappointment to fans of The Cool Kids. Duo member Sir Michael Rocks took to Twitter on Saturday to deny rumors of a reunion, writing “the cool kids are never coming back.” While the group has been quite successful with their mixtape, EP and album releases, garnering them a loyal fanbase, their long-anticipated upcoming album Shark Week will probably never see the light of day. In addition to his announcement, Rocks adds that “life’s about making new memories” and that people shouldn’t “stay stuck in old ones.” He then proceeded to promote his upcoming solo album, Populair. Seems a lot to take in; what are your thoughts on this?
