Subaru officially unveils the STI Performance Concept car at the 2015 New York Auto Show. Boasting a compact 2-door construction, the latest concept car from Subaru features a wider, more aggressive body than the Subaru BRZ, as a large rear wing and flared wheel arches accentuate the sporty aesthetic. While Subaru has yet to disclose official numbers, the latest silhouette showcases much of the same features as the Subaru BRZ, including the aero upgrades, chassis and suspension components, as the turbocharged 2.0-liter boxer-four engine produces around 300 horsepower and 330 pound-feet of torque. A number of enhancements to the existing engine, suspension, and chassis are expected to equip the latest STI Performance car as Subaru looks to further grow its U.S. automobile division.
