Amazon Prime has been making headlines with experiments in innovative methods of delivery, most notably, using drones. However, the company is now engaging in another way to get its packages to customers — this time, delivering directly to your car. Being introduced in a very limited pilot program for customers in Germany, Amazon will begin offering Audi-owning drivers in Munich the option for delivery right to their trunks — an option useful especially if you’re waiting on a package, but can’t stay at home to sign for it. You’ll have to approximate the location of your vehicle during the delivery period, while giving one-time access to the DHL drivers.
