As a part of its ongoing artistic endeavors, Kevin Poon’s conceptual retail outfit WOAW has teamed up with Los Angeles-based gallery HVW8 to present a new exhibition featuring photography icon Atiba Jefferson. With his work standing as an integral part of skateboarding’s history, Jefferson has since expanded his portfolio to include a diverse array of sports and music legends, including Kanye West, Michael Jordan, Allen Iverson and Lil Wayne. With the “Lonely Wanderer” exhibition, Atiba’s work will rest alongside that of Jean André, Kevin Lyons and Erin D. Garcia, making a heartfelt retrospective of the path to success. Alongside the work, Kevin Lyons and Jean Andreé’s recent collaboration with adidas will be for sale, featuring curated takes on the Seeley and adi-Ease silhouettes.
