Entertainer and comedian Jay Leno test-drives the BAC Mono on the latest episode of Jay Leno’s Garage. Produced by Liverpool-based British sports car manufacturer Briggs Automotive Company (BAC), the street-legal single seater BAC Mono supercar boasts Formula 1 racing capabilities and is engineered specifically to perform at high speeds and handle extremely well on the road. Featuring a nose-heavy aerodynamic carbon fiber exterior build, the BAC Mono exhibits a lightweight chassis and low frame to support its Cosworth 2.3-liter Duratec engine. An exposed transaxle and leveled rear spoiler provides additional specifications for high-speed performance as a Hewland FTR gearbox equips the racing vehicle with a sequential gear shift and limited slip differential.
