Jamie xx Details Solo Debut 'In Colour' and Unveils Video for "Loud Places"

Jamie xx has been very vocal on social media the past few days, promoting his upcoming solo album, In Colour. The LP will arrive on June 1 (June 2 in the U.S.) and the album cuts “Gosh,” “Loud Places,” “Sleep Sound” and “Girl” become available if you preorder the album on here. On top of that, he unveils the official video for his Romy-assisted single “Loud Places.” Here’s what the famed producer has to say about the clip:

Romy and I grew up skateboarding together, when I was thinking of what the video for Loud Places should be, I kept coming back to the idea of Romy and I skating in London, visiting the places we used to go to. It’s a part of our friendship not many people really know about and it’s something I wanted to share.
