Hoodboi featuring Lido - Palm Reader

Fool’s Gold affiliate Hoodboi links up with Norwegian wunderkind Lido for his latest, “Palm Reader.” The LA producer’s new song serves as his debut solo production on Fool’s Gold Records, who bill Hoodboi as the cream of the crop when it comes to young talent currently making noise in Los Angeles. Today’s release will be included as the title track for a new EP from Hoodboi, which will see release on March 24. Besides “Palm Reader,” three other original works from Hoodboi will be included on the EP. When it comes to what you can expect from Palm Reader, Hoodboi tells Complex that the “idea behind the EP was to have it be one continuous, hyperactive song, going up and down and always changing in mood,” and that it’s an “experimental EP not meant for the club.” The EP’s title track will also be the only collaboration on the record. Besides some forthcoming remixes by other producers and the Lido assist, Hoodboi is going in solo on this one.
