PUMA teams up with rising South Korean streetwear brand thisisneverthat for a brand new collaborative pack. Borrowing the PUMA Trinomic XT2 Plus silhouette that’s comprised of suede, mesh and rubber materials, the pack offers two iterations of the model in two different colorways. The first sneaker contains predominantly black elements with its mesh base, nubuck toe box, outsole, laces and signature Formstripe on the side, as well as a contrasting white midsole, lace eyelet and heel tab. The second features a camouflage design with its army print mesh base, olive green suede toe box and various dark green tones on the panels, overlays and the Formstripe. It also has contrasting burnt sienna accents on the lace eyelet and heel tab, as well as a white midsole. The branding of both labels, “thisisneverthat / SEOUL //” and “PUMA” are stamped on both sneakers’ tongue patches. The pack’s colors and themes take inspiration from the diversity and contrast of Seoul’s landscape.
