The 57th annual GRAMMY Awards have just concluded. While there was some controversy in the air (Kanye just couldn’t resist), the night had also featured many spectacular performances worth revisiting. Sam Smith dominated this year, receiving awards in both Record of the Year and Song of the Year for Darkchild’s version of “Stay With Me”, as well as the Best Pop Vocal Album, and Best New Artist categories for his debut album In the Lonely Hour. Last year he was the only artist to sell one million copies in both the US and the UK (and is probably due to sell more after his wins.) However, the Album of the Year was awarded to Beck’s Morning Phase, something that Kanye thought that Beyoncé should have taken instead. We would like to congratulate all the performers and participants for their hard work and their contributions. Check below for the list of all notable nominees and winners of the event.
