Tei Shi - Bassically

Dropping the single back a few months ago, Brooklyn artist Tei Shi has delivered the visuals for her single “Bassically.” Directed by Nicolas Pesce, the video sees the songstress traipsing the backstreets of New York with a couple of sidekicks donning a red beret, trench coat and PVC lingerie, all whilst fully equipped and ready for action. On the video she shares, “I wanted the video to look like what the song sounds like – fun and empowering without taking itself too seriously. So we created a fun fictional comic world with a troop of bad ass girls.” Alongside the video release, Tei Shi has also announced the date of her forthcoming EP Verde which is due April 14 via Double Denim Records.
