Daisuke Obana’s N.HOOLYWOOD unveiled its 2015 fall/winter collection at New York Fashion Week, to give us a sense of what we should expect for the colder months in the latter parts of this year. The garments take a spin on classics with items such as bombers and sheepskin jackets adopting sharp touches of prominent enclosures and pockets. While the color palettes were relatively muted, we find vibrant injections of color and prints throughout to accompany what appears to be a very cold weather-appropriate collection. Funnel and turtlenecks also seem to run rampant throughout the pieces and even collars are enlarged to become notable fixtures. Highlights from the range include the white sheepskin bomber and taupe sheepskin coat.
