Seemingly fed up with his ongoing struggle with Birdman and Cash Money Records over the release of the long-delayed Tha Carter V, Lil Wayne took to Twitter last night to announce the Free Weezy album. Weezy didn’t exactly go into much detail, but it looks as though Sorry 4 The Wait 2 may not be the only free project we get from the rapper this year. Wayne is currently suing Birdman and Cash Money for $51 million USD and is seeking to be declared the joint copyright owner of all recordings on Cash Money’s Young Money imprint.
