The North Face HyperAir GTX Has Ultimate GORE-TEX Breathability
Get ready for the future of rainwear.

The North Face has released what it says is the most breathable and waterproof jacket it has ever designed. Called the HyperAir GTX, the $250 USD jacket is intended for running and training in the wettest climates, and utilizes the recently developed GORE-TEX Active technical fabric to not just redistribute moisture, but positively repel any water off its “permanent beading surface.” This technology eliminates the need for a face fabric, cutting down on the weight of the fabric and upping breathability, as well as making it impervious to wear from machine washing. Look for it online at The North Face when it retails on December 15.
