Watch an All-Star Team of Snowboarders Tear up Peace Park in One Take
The whole crew takes a victory lap at Grand Targhee Resort.
Burton and Mountain Dew have teamed up with snowboarder Danny Davis to bring together some of snowboarding’s biggest names at Wyoming’s Grand Targhee Resort. Peace Park 2015 features Davis and most of the FRENDS crew, and serves as an extension of their collegial ethos. The collective prefer to emphasize the creative and collaborative aspects of the extreme sport, as opposed to its competitive reputation in the mainstream, as pushed forward by events like the X Games. The video is filmed in one long take, flowing freely between riders as they explore lines throughout the course. It ends up feeling less like a contest and more like a victory lap.
The video features the talents of riders Danny Davis, Scotty Lago, Ben Ferguson, Christian Haller, Ulrik Baderstader, Mikey Cicarelli, Rope Tonteri, Werni Stock, David Habluetzel, Taku Hiraoka, Greg Bretz, Jack Mitrani and Luke Mitrani, among others.
