Part three of Complex‘s documentary series has dropped which touches upon crunching the numbers behind the reselling business of Supreme. Throughout the newest episode, resellers discuss how specific value is determined, knowing what will sell and what won’t, and how some resellers ruin the business. Additionally, a huge amount of risk-taking is involved in reference to know what will resell and what may sit. Events such as conventions are brought to surface as they also play a prime role in the business of reselling as a platform for profit. An exchange of harsh words is added to the mix from Supreme’s box logo inspiration, artist Barbara Kruger, as she refers to the brand as “totally uncool jokers.” Check out the documentary’s third installment above and its previous Part 1 & Part 2 episodes as well.
