The Samsung Gear VR Is Now Available to Pre-Order
Ahead of the device’s November 20 release.
First unveiled more than a year ago and previously available to test out at select Best Buy locations, the consumer version of the Samsung Gear VR is finally set for a release later this month. Powered by Oculus Rift, the headset works with a number of Samsung smartphones and even improves upon the original design, weighing in at 19% lighter than the beta model and featuring improved ergonomics along with the addition of a touchpad for easier use.
